After 22 years that the light has now come on for Joseph, he quickly moves his family from Canaan. This is a small nation of about 70 people. We see how Joseph brought honor to God in his job and this is one of the reasons Pharaoh not only trusts Joseph, but blesses Joseph's family. Pharaoh actually will protect Joseph's family from ridicule and being the brunt of jokes.
