Pastor Kelly has been the pastor at Southside since August of 1999! He is married to his lovely bride Audrey who is a native Wilmingtonian. Audrey retired after 44 years of teaching public school in the summer of 2024. They brought their adopted daughter, Emmie home from Bulgaria when she was 13 on March 26, 2015. Emmie is an assistant vet tech at Port City Animal Hospital. PK’s family has three rescued West Highland Terriers: Spencer, Miss Cali and Maddy. PK loves aviation, the outdoors, reading, hiking, jet skiing, the beach, teaching/preaching, anything made by Apple, and trying to enjoy the most out of life! PK also wants to learn to scuba dive. He has earned a B.S. from Campbell University, a Masters in Religious Education from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and a Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
