Southside Baptist Church Deacons exist to be servant leaders to the body of Southside Baptist Church and be faithful in our ministry and service to Jesus Christ. Deacons also support the pastors of Southside in promoting spiritual growth and care of the local church body and outreach to the community in sharing the Gospel.
1 Timothy 3:13 "For those who serve well as deacons gain a good standing for themselves and also great confidence in the faith that is in Christ Jesus."
